Live in production · v0.1.0 alpha

Discord bots, turned into agents. Empowered by your docs.

Auto-quarantine moderation, KB-grounded support, and announcement webhooks — drawn straight from your docs. One container per customer, one source of truth.

Your docs are your bot. Auto-quarantine, not auto-ban.

USP 01

Your docs are the KB.

Mount the customer's docs directory or scrape their hosted MkDocs / Docusaurus / GitBook site. No separate ingestion pipeline, no re-indexing chore, no drift between what the docs say and what the agent says.

USP 02

Soft-delete with one-click restore.

Borderline messages quarantine to a review card with Approve & Restore. Approved messages are reposted via a per-channel webhook impersonating the author. The market scar from MEE6 / Dyno is "AI mods that nuke real users." We don't.

Three jobs, one agent.

Same retrieve-then-generate pipeline behind each.
M

Moderate

Per-message classifier with a six-rung action ladder (allow / warn / flag / delete / timeout / ban). Borderline messages soft-delete to a quarantine card; approved restores are invisible to the community.

action ladder × 6 per-channel webhook persistent buttons
AI Core

Where the intelligence lives

Claude Haiku 4.5 for per-message classification, Claude Sonnet 4.6 for support answers Cheap and fast on the hot path; quality on the answer path.
HeliosDB-Nano
In-process vector retrieval over your docs — embeddings cached in a named volume Filesystem watcher reflects doc edits in seconds. No redeploy.
Discord Gateway
Long-lived WebSocket; the agent reacts to every event the gateway emits Outbound only — no public ingress on the customer's network.
Refuses cleanly when the docs don't cover a question. Citations are mandatory, never optional.
A

Answer

Forum-aware support Q&A grounded on your docs. Retrieve top-k chunks → Sonnet with citations → reply in-thread. 👍/👎 reactions log feedback.

Announce

A webhook CLI (bizangent-announce) drops release notes into the right channel from any of your repos. No bot-token sprawl. Wire it as a Stop hook on tagged releases for fully automated changelog publishing.

webhook only opt-in per repo CI-friendly

Reference deployment — HeliosDB

Customer #1, also internal

Bizangent runs the HeliosDB community Discord — moderation in live mode, KB-grounded answers in #support, release announcements wired in via webhook from the other Helios/* repos. The agent is powered by HeliosDB-Nano for vector retrieval over the public docs and Anthropic Claude for classification + answers.
